Engineering colleges from across the state will take part in the three-day fest, which is being held on the Anandapur campus of the institute. "You are as important as diode to a rectifier" - one can get to hear lines like this in the Tech@Heart competition, in which participants will use engineering lingo to convey their feelings for their loved ones.
