Once again Kolkata's top engineering college Heritage Institute of Technology wins Education World Award 2018

Once again Kolkata's top engineering college Heritage Institute of Technologywins Education World Award 2018. 

This year had been showers of awards and accolades for Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata. After the latest achievement of our Alumni Azar Zia cracking UPSC examinations with 97th Rank, Heritage Institute Technology once again ranked No. 1 in the State evaluated by Education World magazine in the category of Best Private Engineering Colleges in West Bengal this year. The award ceremony for the same was organized at Bengaluru which was attended by Dr. Pranay Chaudhuri, Principal, Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata and Shri Pradip Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata.  Heritage Institute was felicitated in the Award Ceremony which was graced by Prof. G. Raghuram, Director, IIM Bangalore, Prof. Atul Khosla, Founder & Former, Pro-VC, Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Suchindra Kumar, Director, Education Sector Advisory Services, Ernst & Young LLP, Shri Nitin Pai, Co-founder Takshila Institutions Bengaluru and Dr.B.S.Satyanarayan, Vice-Chancellor, BML Munjal University, Gurgaon.
The ranking was done based on the survey conducted by C Fore.  “We have been winning this ward like the previous year for the best quality engineering education which we offer to our students. Students are our brand ambassadors and down the line, they become leaders in various fields,” said Shri Pradip Kumar Agarwal, CEO, top engineering college in Kolkata Heritage Institute of technology. This year the Institute was ranked among the top150enginnering colleges in India by National Institutional Ranking Framework, an initiative of MHRD, Govt. of India. Moreover 15 plus students from Heritage Institute cleared CAT 2017 with highest percentile getting call from 100+ IIMs.

Social responsibility is also a part of education beyond classrooms

Heritage has blossomed smiles on millions of poor people.... The Rotaract Club of Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata, in association with the Rotaract Club of Calcutta Lansdowne Street, visited the Adarsh Vidya Bhavan, in Bhowanipore, on the 25th February, 2010, as part of their new project The Rotaract Club of Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata, in association with the Rotaract Club of Calcutta Lansdowne Street, visited the Adarsh Vidya Bhavan, in Bhowanipore, on the 25th February, 2010, as part of their new project.
