Kolkata's Best B-school Heritage Business school organizes Congruence 2018- the induction and orientation programme of the new batch students.Heritage Business School Kolkata organized Congruence 2018- the induction and orientation ceremony of the new batch students on 18th July 2018. 

The ceremony was inaugurated by Dr. Saibal Chattopadhyay, Prof. & Former Director, IIMC as the Chief Guest followed by Mr. Bijoyendu N Biswas, Sr. Director, Cognizant Technology Solutions as the Guest of honour. The programme marked a new beginning in the history of Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata. During the inaugural address, Prof. Anup Sinha, Director, Heritage Business School spoke about the policies of the Institution and how the Institution provides a holistic education to the young budding managers. Dr. Saibal Chattopadhyay in his address spoke about the ways a management student can learn the tricks of the industry and can compliment the basic concepts with various online professional courses available from various service providers . Mr Bijoyendu N Biswas, Sr. Director, Cognizant Technology Solutions focused on the practical aspects of management which are very much applicable in today's industry.

The programme also witnessed the presence of the Chairman of Kolkata's best B-school Heritage Business School, Shri H.P.Budhia who encouraged the students to love their jobs and be passionate of what they are doing. Mr. P.K.Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions and various other dignitaries were present during the inaugural ceremony. More than 300 faculty, students and staff  attended the programme Congruence 2018 in Kolkata's Top B-school Heritage Business School.

Social responsibility is also a part of education beyond classrooms

Heritage has blossomed smiles on millions of poor people.... The Rotaract Club of Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata, in association with the Rotaract Club of Calcutta Lansdowne Street, visited the Adarsh Vidya Bhavan, in Bhowanipore, on the 25th February, 2010, as part of their new project The Rotaract Club of Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata, in association with the Rotaract Club of Calcutta Lansdowne Street, visited the Adarsh Vidya Bhavan, in Bhowanipore, on the 25th February, 2010, as part of their new project. Members of both the Clubs, were accompanied by the German delegates, who were in the city at that point of time. The activity started from 9 am sharp. For more than an hour, the members had initiated multiple social activities with the 60 poor students of the school which include playing different games with them and helping them to acquire different skills apart from their regular studies.
