Rotary International Team from Brazil visits Heritage during Global Study Exchange Programme

At 12:00 pm the team was greeted by 15 students of Heritage Institute of Technology, Btech programme who were the members of Rotract Club of Heritage. The team of Brazil was lead by Pedro Utzig who is an eminent lawyer followed by Denize Toni, a vibrant project manager in an IT company, Jose Louise Massignan, an administrator in a food company, Rodrigo Mello, CEO, Corinfo web solutions and Wilson Soler, eminent journalist, TV Globo network.
The Rotract International team came to India on 4th January 2012 as a part of Global Study exchange programme which the Rotarians have organized to share experiences and glorious moments between the two nations so as to have a mutual benefit of gaining knowledge for the development of the society. As a part of their exchange programme they were at Kolkata and during that moment they visited Heritage to encourage the students toward the holistic objective of Rotract Foundation which can contribute to a greater extent in the society. Students of Heritage were thrilled to interact with them where they gave a wonderful presentation of Brazil as a country to the students and how Rotract Foundation at Brazil is contributing toward the development of the economy.
Heritage Rotract Club also gave a presentation to the Brazil team about their activities which they have done previous years form health camp to philanthropic activities for the underprivileged people of Kolkata. Also the team had an informative interaction with the secretary of the Kalyan Bharti Trust (promoters of Heritage) Shri H K Chaudhary, the executive Director of the Trust Shri Probir Roy and CEO of the trust Shri Pradip Agarwal. The whole event was mentored by Mr Clayton Moses, the Academic Advisor of the institute who lead the student leaders of the Rotract club Ms Adrisha and Mr. Ashrar Haider.
Truly an event to be cherished in the history of Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata.

There were discussions and quiz contests on Swamiji. A sit-and-draw competition was also held.
